INGREDIENTS

Protein blend [whey protein concentrate (milk), soy protein isolate], carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose), skimmed milk, fat reduced cocoa powder (Theobroma cacao) (10-12% cocoa butter), natural flavour, flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulators (disodium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate), sodium chloride, magnesium lactate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), potassium chloride, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), Tolerase® L (pH-stable lactase).

SUGGESTED USE

Mix 2 scoops (40g) with 300-400ml of water and shake well. AFTER EVENT Drink within 30 minutes following an event or training session. In case of an endurance event exceeding 4 hours, have a second serving 2-3 hours after the event or 2-3 hours after your first meal following the event.
