INGREDIENTS
L-citrulline-DL-malate (2:1), creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, acidity regulators [trisodium citrate, tripotassium citrate], anti-caking agents [silicon dioxide, calcium silicate], flavouring, sweeteners [sucralose, acesulfame K], sodium chloride, natural anhydrous caffeine (vegetable extraction from green coffee beans), colours (beetroot red, anthocyanins, safflower extract), Bacowize® bacopa extract (20:1) (from leaves of Bacopa monnieri) (20% bacosides), Zynamite® mango extract (20:1) (from leaves of Mangifera indica) (60% mangiferin), Rhodiola rosea extract (5:1) (from roots of Rhodiola rosea L.) (3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides), nicotinic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin. ALLERGENS: No common allergens have been added to this product. SUGGESTED USE
Take 30 minutes before a workout to give you the energy and support you need. Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 300ml of water. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 500-600ml water as two servings, once tolerance has been achieved
