For Better Results: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water immediately following your workout. On non-workout days, take 2 servings (2 scoops) in the morning when you wake up.
For Best Results:
Loading Phase (Days 1–7): Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water in the morning when you wake up and again immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 2 servings (2 scoops) in the morning and another 2 servings (2 scoops) later in the day.
