SUGGESTED USE
Adults take three capsules a day: two capsules during the day and one capsule one hour before sleep, with or without a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), water). microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
