As Black Ops works best for delivering short duration energy boosts, supplementing prior to HIIT workouts may be beneficial! HIIT is a technique in which you use one hundred percent of effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time.

There is no cut off point with regard to how long you can use Black Ops but you may want to take 2 weeks off the product for every 6 to 8 weeks you’re on it to maximise the effects of our active ingredients! Black Ops is NOT currently vegetarian due to the capsules being made from bovine gelatine.

The bovine gelatine used within the capsule shell of Black Ops is certified Halal and Kosher.
