This accessory can be used in a wide range of exercises, including deadlifts, rack pulls, and barbell rows. The inner sides are lined with foam padding for a comfortable feeling for your wrists when lifting. Thanks to the Velcro closure, you can control how tightly the wrap fits around your wrists. Depending on how tight you want these to fit, choose a size that is 0.5-2 inches (1.25 to 5 cm) smaller than the measure of the lower part of your biceps.
