In addition, wearing our Figure 8 Lifting Strap supports your wrists and reduces the risk of injury. This accessory can be used in a wide range of exercises, including deadlifts, rack pulls, and barbell rows. The straps feature a woven Gorilla Wear label. The insides are padded for a comfortable feel for your wrists while lifting. They are made of a blend of sturdy cotton and polyester.
