Jarrow Formulas® Evening Primrose is a cold-pressed, solvent free oil from evening primrose seeds (Oenothera biennis), a source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA is an important omega-6 fatty acid supporting the production of prostaglandins (hormone-like compounds), which play an important role in skin and immune health. Evening primrose oil provides nutritional support for mild discomfort associated with PMS.
Premenstrual syndrome, or PMS, is a group of physical and emotional symptoms that start one to two weeks before your period. Most women have at least some symptoms of PMS, and the symptoms go away after their periods start. The symptoms may range from mild to severe.
SUGGESTED USE
Adults take 1 softgel 1-2 times a day with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
