Take 4 capsules, 1-2 times daily, 6-8 hrs. apart; may take with breakfast and/or pre-workout.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects.
