Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Finland and selected EU countries. Delivery availability and options are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted delivery partners such as Posti. Available delivery options may include:

FINLAND: Fixed 9.99€   for orders under 100.00€ And FREE for orders more than 100.00€

EUROPE: Fixed 29.99  for orders under 200.00€ And FREE for orders more than 200.00€

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
