INGREDIENTS
L-citrulline-DL-malate (2:1), beta-alanine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, taurine, anti-caking agents[calcium silicate, silicon dioxide], acidity regulators [trisodium citrate, tripotassium citrate], thickener (polydextrose),flavouring, sweeteners [sucralose, aspartame*, acesulfame K], sodium chloride, natural anhydrous caffeine (vegetableextraction from green coffee beans), Bacowize® bacopa extract (20:1) (from leaves of Bacopa monnieri) (20%bacosides), Zynamite® mango extract (20:1) (from leaves of Mangifera indica) (15% mangiferin), Rhodiola rosea extract (5:1)(from roots of Rhodiola rosea L.) (3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides), nicotinamide, natural flavouring, methylcobalamin, colouring(brilliant blue FCF), pyridoxine hydrochloride. (*contains a source of phenylalanine.)

SUGGESTED USE
Take 30 minutes before a workout to give you the energy and support you need. Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 300ml of water. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 500-600ml water as two servings, once tolerance has been achieved
